Track every business expense in R3PA to get an accurate picture of your true profitability.

Business Expenses

Navigate to Expenses → Business Expenses to log one-off and recurring costs such as:

• Software subscriptions (including R3PA itself)
• Equipment purchases
• Packaging and consumables
• Marketplace fees
• Shipping costs

Expense categories

Assign each expense to a category so your reports break down spending by type. You can manage categories under Manage Presets.

Recurring expenses

For regular costs like monthly subscriptions, mark an expense as recurring. R3PA will track these automatically each period.

Expenses Hub

The Expenses Hub gives you a summary view of spending by category, month, and year — helping you spot where costs are rising.
